Very dissapointed. Old version worked flawlessly for checking account, moving money and other basic things. This new version works wonderful one day and not at all the next. What seems to be the most frequent error I get is logging in. One time it will accept my credentials and another time. I double and triple check it's correct and still won't work. But out of nowhere it will work the next day. Weird layout/design. Simple is better, a good principle to live by.

I wish you guys would add the ability to see nicknames on the bill pay section of the app, just like on your website. I have 2 capital one, 2 loans with the same mortgage company and I cannot tell them apart at all on the app. When I log in through the browser I can see the last digits of the account numbers and nicknames. Please add this to the app!

constantly cannot sync all my afcu accounts. also won't let me remove old accounts, when doing so, they still remain. app will sometimes glitch out and features become unavailable to use unless I log out and restart app. overall, just filled with bugs and a pain in my rear to use. I have been using it for years, it's updated and these problems still persist. I wish there was something better to use but this is what they have and I don't trust 3rd party apps.

This is a wonderful, easy-to-use, straightforward app. It has everything conveniently located in one place and displays all information in a clear, neat manner. I initially had trouble accessing CardGuard when it was combined with the AFCU app, but I was using Android 8 software. When I switched to Android 11 software, I was able to use CardGuard. Overall, it is a great app!

This app literally never shows the right amount in my account. I hit sync 30-40 times and it says sync complete, but isnt showing transactions I know have cleared because it is reflecting on my other accounts. Seeing as this is my main banking institution, this is incredibly frustrating. I dont always have time to pull out my computer to log into online banking just because this app is extremely faulty.

The Dank Goat

Good app in terms of functionality but the recent UI changes seem like a step backwards rather than forwards and kind of feels clunky; with a lot of screen real-estate being taken up by empty space and excessively wide margins when that space could be taken up by actually useful information like recent account charges and transactions or other UI elements. I'm sure the new changes might be better for those with poor vision but I'm pretty sure most would appreciate a more compact UI style option.

It's a great app for transferring money to other accounts and tracking other accounts that arent America First. The ABC deals used to be worth it and it was nice to activate them and get a little money back on normal purchases now they suck some are useful but a majority of the deals available are niche things that no one will use. The budgeting bubble thing is awkward at best to use and I choose to use a third party app for my budgeting. Long story short it's great accounts viewing and transfer

Since the last major update, the UI is a lot more pleasing to look at, and convenient to use. Transfers are a breeze, and it's nice that it lets me automatically calculate my spending habits and set up a budget with categories. It would be nice to have a search function, so I could, say, see how much I've spent on a particular vendor.
