A very bad experience, the company's SOP is the worst, You can't move the goods on weekends, the building management needs a letter of approval, but travelio can't send a letter, because the SOP doesn't allow moving the goods on weekends.

Not a user friendly apps... got confuse after made a booking. No notification about payment on the app. They only send it through email. After I made the payment and booking confirmed... there's no contact details about the owner of the apartment. I can't reach the person in charge to check in and there's no receptionist of course because it's not a hotel. Worst experience using this app.

A very bad experience. The room is good. But travelio's customer service is the worst. Don't buy the cleaning credits. The crew was not on time all the time. The linen was dirty, and doesn't give you complete set. In my case, i don't get towels. The staff was very eager when i want to book. But after that, the service was so bad i don't even think to recommend and book again. Thanks for the bad service. A really bad experience. #edit Di review, dibilang order tidak ditemukan. travelio is very convenient and helpful to find apartment accomodation especially for long term stay. Checked in with the help from mas Anggriawan, checked every facilities detaily, also helped me with administration.
