I purchased IM3 credit on the OVO application The status was successful, the OVO balance was deducted but I didn't receive any credit until today I have reported via email to OVO, nothing has happened until now

It looks like it need verification and otp every time I top up through oneclick and also they ask for update every few days, it's like facing lot of mini boss to get my own money transferred :/

was a great experience until few days ago when i top-up my telkomsel credits for Rp. 75.000, i didn't receive any credits or even a notification in my Telkomsel Apps but when i check for my credits in OVO it has already been cutted off from the credits. I've been sent a Support tickets to the help center and waited for 2 days but haven't seen any progress for my ticket.
