Every time there is an update there's issues. I can only see the main town & if I try to switch to anywhere else on the map I just get a white screen or a black screen then it freezes

Last couple months when I do the rescue a smurf level...I don't actually get a new smurf character anymore, just shows a set of dumbbells. Other then that, I love the game.

I have hit level 299 and i cant get past it defeating Gargamel...i looked up on youtube for a solution....all well and good its there...BUT ..the level starts with 36 bubbles(with no boosters or extra bubbles) on youtube....my level has only 22 bubbles to start with????? Hmmm unless i buy the extra theres no way i will get pass this level....not happy

Could be a great game with the awesome graphics. However, its a serious money trap and difficult to get through. The puzzles are super hard and very difficult to pass. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY! YOU DON'T GET THE SMURFS AND ACTUALLY HAVE TO SPEND COINS TO BUY THEM. THIS GAME SUCKS!

I am playing this game since last 2 years and completed more than 1025 stages of the game. I have also login the app through my facebook account. Due to some technical issues I have deleted the app and reinstalled. After reinstallation again login the app through my facebook account but unfortunately I have lost the stages I have completed earlier and the game is starting fro first stage. Kindly guide me how can I continue the game from where I discontinued to enjoy the game. Actually it's nice.

This game is fun but alot of ads on mine.i love it but it kind of boring though..but it still a little bite fun yeah! but it just the ads☺️.and some levels get hard like on majestic quest I am on this level that is so hard I have no power ups! I but I will never pass it☹️.but that all for today so bye and thank you

Awesome game and I love it. But now the game freezes in the when get berries and the the being stuff, not the puzzles. Please fix, it's so irritating and I really love this game. My previous rating was 5

I would give this game this app zero stars if I could because every single time I try to play this game this app it would always closes out...And for the developers and Google play store info there's nothing wrong with my phone or my internet connection... This game closing out every time I go to play it so you developers and Google play store needs to fix every single thing that is going wrong with this game this app the bugs the problems the issues etc we shouldn't have to fix it y'all should
