Gameplay has gotten better. A search feature for a property would be nice as well as the ability to direct message other property owners. I have one burning question though. If a player doesn't login for a year does that person lose their property? I feel like there are a lot of absentee owners that have properties that just don't play anymore. Fun game though.

I love the mechanics of this game and how cut throat it can be. it's cool to be able to like travel around or if you can't travel to send agents to do it for you. I love how the game doesn't send in pop-up offers non-stop there's a few which I would expect but it's very reasonable. The only thing I noticed is that with the properties there's a lot of businesses and stuff that are no longer there and haven't been there in 5 or 10 years That's about the only thing.

It is overall a very good game. It teaches me how to bid, buy lands, shares and properties. You see, i can even get 500 coins for writing a review. No ads popping up suddenly, and yea. I think i will grind this game for a few years!

Call me Prior
Let me start by saying, Landlord Estate Trading Game has completely hooked me! I've been playing for days, and I can't get enough of it.First off, the gameplay is super addictive. There's something oddly satisfying about buying properties, renovating them, and then watching the cash roll in. It's like being a real-life real estate mogul, but without all the risk! What really blew me away is how realistic it feels. The market dynamics are spot on – prices go up and down, just like in real life.

Insanity Theory
Addicting. I keep going back to make trade deals with other players to gain more and more space for my empire. Great mechanics. A few loading issues, but nothing game breaking, just unload the menu and try again type deals.

Tough to get going locator doesn't work all that well drop me off p in the wrong continent and I wish the tutorial was just a little better having a little bit of a rough start but I think it has a really neat concept it has places I never thought would be there in small little towns in the middle of nowhere and have been having a blast

I've played this game back in 2016, just came back to it now a few weeks ago. This game has evolved into a great game. I hope some things like land and trading becoming more easy though plus coins for buying certain properties should stop.

Too expensive in real money to add more property slots once you have a significant amount. Been doing this for many years, but this is ridiculous on the costs to add more property slots. Blah, Blah, Blah on you don't have to pay.... of course you do. I will spend money on PS5 games and get far more!

This is a neat game. I've played several games of this type... and this has been a decent gaming experience. I gave 5 stars only because I can buy properties in the game that relate directly to real places around where I live. It's a simulated ownership of these properties... but I like how the game blends game play and reality by using real properties within the game. I've been buying up all sorts of local businesses... lol. As far as improvements... I have no suggestions at this time.
