Constantly die, gross progress is extremely slow, and given that transactions are plentiful kind of feels like the game was made artificially hard to try to force players to throw money at the game

The game is solid but it is heavily monetized. I paid for no ads before realizing that there is a ton of extra paid content. Normally if I pay for a game I expect to get the whole game for one price and not have a bunch of extra micro transactions.
