Event isn't working. Grinded for a couple months to get a Revenge Tide, put in the 40,000 at event, it took it, gave *nothing. Then I just passed a promotion in event that let's you chose from several items. I chose 25 unicards, got nothing. Minor compared to the Revenge Tide but still. It's a ton of play and a couple hundred dollars just to get there. No customer service except *allegedly on Facebook. I don't do Facebook. So? You'll pay, play many months, get ripped off. Update: I don't do FB!

Vip and ads are more than enough to quit this game. Simple guys if u wanna earn through ads better work for ad companies many games fails to realize this. 30 sec ads plus another 10 secs to exit the ad nice trick to make us quit.

Please answer this honestly. You say I can progress and play this game without spending money. How long would it take me playing every day for 2 hours consistently to gain all the ships? I've tried to answer this but I can't count that far. The reviews for this game are actually embarrassing now, dedicated honest people speaking out to you and you can't even write a personal reply. Just a gineric and ignorant copy already sent to the previous unhappy review. Change must happen.

There is no way to contact customer support. I made a ten dollar purchase and added my payment info. Somehow 104.99 came out & I can't get a refund. I did not want to spend 104.99& now they won't return payment

I played for years everyday to get somewhere in this game. One day I go to play and it says banned saying i hacked the game. I don't even own a computer let alone know how to hack something. Thousands of hours down the tubes, and they won't even look into it. 0 stars

This is a pay-to-win game. The only way you can get a new ship without money is through the Merging ships which can take your whole life to complete

How do I uninstall to start over? I like the game but would like to start over to better manage ships & coins. It looks like I'm logged in with my Google act. & even when I uninstall the app when it's reinstalled all the old account info is there. Help. Please.
