I've seen complaints of not getting any customer service help but that was not my case. The game was acting bugging (freezing during the scenes) so I wanted to delete and and reinstall. I made sure my progress was saved to Facebook and deleted the game. When I reinstalled all progress was lost. I was able to direct message on Facebook for assistance and immediately got help. I enjoy the cute story line and I love solitaire.

Bug: after playing the klondike game I lost my interface. No buttons appeared anymore. Overal the game isn't that bad. The story is weird and doesn't make much sense. The card game part is enjoyable. The love story mode was boring, clicking to skip text for 10 minutes until you get a reward, it felt so out of place. No structure or cohesion, very confusing story and filler content that doesn't fit the general gameplay.

Down to a one. Still freezing. Way overpriced. Screenshots have been sent. Now it freezes loading more than it loads. As expected. Now too expensive to be fun. Was a 5 but the ticket change makes it a lot more difficult to the point of losing interest. I should also mention it will random just sit there after tapping the clover to see the dialog. Leave and come back and the clovers are gone but you have to redo the dialog. Still a 4 for now but I fear it's only to keep dropping stars E

Update that doesn't exist. The game is okay. Lots of ads after level 100. I made it to 200 before I encountered problems, like in the 1 star reviews. The levels get more and more impossible, sometimes the cards left, could be 5+ with one card left to clear, and there's a bunch of random cards. The boosters don't help at that point. Also, MAKE SURE your boosters aren't check marked before a level, easy to lose them that way. Storyline is everywhere, thank goodness you can skip it. Uninstalled.

The game is cute and fun at first, but very quickly the story becomes boring, and the characters feel like robots. They have no life to them. More importantly, the game is awful. You have to pay coins to play levels, every time you lose you lose 4500 coins and have no way to make them back besides watching ads or spending real money. That is such a terrible game mechanic and idea, I can't believe they implemented that. I've had the game for only a day and I'm uninstalling.

I was constantly watching adds to get some sort of reward (extra cards at the end, free lives, etc), and I would rarely get the rewards. I also didn't think that the story was all that interesting. The way that lives are given didn't make much sense to me either, you aren't able to play back to back games very often, you have to watch videos or waste the coins you have in the game. Overall, I didn't really enjoy the game and that's coming from someone who loves various types of solitaire.

The game was fun until I couldn't play. The solitaire level layouts were different each level and offered a bit of a fun spin to the game. The story line wasn't impressive but had me wondering what they were planning. The problem is it's costs 3k in coins to actually play the level, where you might win more than that back. The same coins used to purchase the furniture to redesign to rooms. So you quickly run out of any way to play/earn coins without having to pay.

This game is an absolute cluster... The story makes no sense and is impossible to follow. There are so many aspects to this that makes the game simply too much. Solitaire, city builder, home upgrade, romance stories, then all these day long events of extra games. The only reason I downloaded this was to earn rewards for another game I play, but I don't think it's worth it. Even the main solitaire levels are nearly impossible. The decks are not realistic. Pay to play in the worst way.

I was addicted to this game, but the recent update changed that. Every single thing costs money and not cheap at all. Their reasoning is increasing difficulty. Increasing difficulty is one thing, being over the top money hungry is another. This game used to be a good balance of progressing without the need to spend money or you could spend a little to progress faster. Not anymore. The reviews speak for themselves. Uninstalled.
