Auto renewal button can't be deactivated. Equaliser works only when it is manually opened for each song. The UI is buggy.

Man really we really have to pay for listening to songs..... YouTube music may not have background playback but for sure does better than gaana.. no wonder no body uses this app ..

Very bad customer assistance and it cost me to choose Rs 299 subscription as I already requested to cancel my trial subscription of 1 month. While I tried to request for cancelling the subscription in chat assistance section, there was no option of that. That's why they auto renewed my subscription. Very bad experience with customer service. I lost my Rs 299.

Total experience was bad. This app auto renewal done from my upi account. Without my permission. I didn't know about auto renewal policy. My amount was gone and not refunded

Every 5secinds it's promoting gaana plus. And then changes the song. What is the point of making amusic app when you are not going to let people listen to music at all.

Worst app ever experienced in my whole life. Why are there too many ads in the middle of the song and why are so many premium options in English songs? In this way I can't even enjoy songs then how do you expect me to buy your rubbish premiums . Absolute waste.

worst app ever, once i took the subscription for 1 month it went in auto renewal,now I'm trying to stop the auto renewal there is no such option given for turning off auto renewal,so I'm just deleting the account which I have made
