After 10 minutes, it disconnected from my television and both are connected to the same network. It would not reconnect. Contact Us takes you nowhere because it does not populate a recipient, and there is no way to cancel from the APP.

Couldn't get it to work at all and I'd give it zero stars as a rating if this stupid review would let you. Wouldn't work and after 10 minutes I knew I didn't want this app and I've tried to cancel the subscription. literally 10 minutes after downloading it and can't seem to and now I have the charge on my credit card....that doesn't seem fair when it was supposed to be a 3 day trial and I try to cancel after 10 minutes because it doesn't even work for me..ya have to pay to try to see if it works

Works for 13 Months, I didn't have issues until warranty ran out. However there is a way to get it repaired through Google...yay! NOOO! Customer service is horrible. They take forever to get back to you, ask you the same questions over and over for weeks and weeks. Then when they decide to send you a refurbished product if THEY decide the product you sent back was your fault they will charge you for the refurbished one they sent you. Yea google no thank you!!!!

I'm pretty pissed off I've never cast my phone or used any app like this I recently have just moved to b able to use my phone in these ways well I downloaded this app I stupidly played for a hole year subscription and it worked well for literally a day and now will not connect to my tv I have trouble shot my tv my internet connection and it all comes back to this stupid app.. my tv shows its connected to tv but now all of a sudden it will search and search in a foot away from my tv but nope

The app won't connect with my tvs. They show up on the list, but it fails to connect with either tv. Of course my phone and tvs are on the same wifi network. When they aren't I can't get a list of tvs to cast to. The app tried to connect, but fails every time.

Scam!!! This app has a subscription fee and when I have been through the app store will not alow me to request a refund even though I want to cancel my account and request one because the app doesn't work. Its NOT a cromecast its a mirror cast which is NOT what it advertises! Did not fit the purpose I needed it for. I already had a mirrorcast for FREE and downloaded this thinking it would work, IT DID NOT! I am beyond angry and would rate lower if I Could. I just want to get my refund!

This app does not work, I have reached out twice already to this company and no response. What's even worse is they have a link to contact them in the app, but when you try it shows your email address and not theirs. I had to look at the reviews to get the support email address based off previous comments by other's. It's not worth the time trying to use this app. You cannot get in contact with anyone and all they want you to do is submit your credit card or debit card information.

Had problems with the app having more problems trying to cancel the subscription. Every time I try through email, when I hit send it just sends me back to the previous page. Seems intentional. I'll keep trying
