So far it's OK for small bytes of information and may prove better when replaying the Info a few times. Whether it's worth paying that much money for remains to be seen! I got it half price but even at £29.99 for the year is a steep price for what I've seen so far...... Still hoping I haven't unlocked it's full potential yet however I've noticed there's still more features to buy, so you don't get 'everything' when paying.

I got charged twice for a three month subscription, spoke to customer support twice and the issue never got resolved. Also, I think the whole concept is stupid. You can find better descriptions on YouTube for free. Overall just hated the entire experience. I'd rather listen to a podcast or just read the book myself. Would give zero stars if possible.

A collection of generic self-help books, watered down overviews. I hated every single moment of the experience. 1. generic art style removes all personality 2. Content is generic useless overviews, not scientific or detailed. 3. Can't control audio positions while reading. Audio is too slow, and not pleasant. 4. Collection of books is just self-help books that all say the same things. 5. Way too expensive, and they trick you into paying upfront. 6. Copy of Duolingo nagging notifications

I'm hooked on Headway! it's hands down. The best audio book app on the market by leaps and bounds. I've learned so much over the past 3 weeks that have changed my life. I even purchased two books "Atomic Habits" & "The 80/20 Rule" because I wanted to read the full versions. definitely recommend to anyone looking to learn, you can also get a huge discount by purchasing at the end of the free trial.

Typical subscription service that gets you in with a discount and then makes it as arduous as possible to cancel. Service definitely isn't worth the monthly fee and they try to do everything that can to make it difficult to cancel. They're not interested in providing good service, they're just hoping you don't go through the trouble of cancelling so they can keep taking your money.

No way to organize your library so any favorite summaries that you may have wanted to revisit gets lost in the clutter after a handful of content. In app Help & Support is pretty buggy and there's no way to report issues. So I doubt this app will improve much over time without them having a pulse on UX. There's even a rating system but you can't see any of the ratings you've given. This thing is so unpolished

I'm enjoying the quick reading fixes on a multitude of topics, and some of these summaries inspire a deeper dive. Update, after a month I'm noticing that many of these summaries appear to be AI generated. Some of the phrases, sentences, and paragraphs don't make sense. It's either AI or really bad summarizing/editing. Anyway, at about $15 a month, this is way too expensive for the quality. It's a shame.

Horrible experience. My first thought was I've been duped! I was drawn in by this campaign targeting women with an elaborate quiz and got a very shallow interface as most of the features were unavailable or locked. When trying to navigating the app, anything I clicked in efforts to open it was automatically charged - to my horror - as there was no warning! After that, I literally ran to my user account and cancelled everything in advance.

To properly assess this app, try a summary from a book you have recently read. I did that, and the results were underwhelming. Many of the key points that resonated the most with me weren't there, and in one part the summar completely misunderstood the author's point. Some are good, and others inspired me to read the full books. However, due to these problems - and the aggressive, sketchy subscription tactics - i'm downgrading my previous review. edit: downgrading again.
