8 months and still no support!! I have been a dasher for about 2 years now. In the beginning it was great. The income was good and consistent. For some reason the app was faulty 8 months ago and after changing phone device 5 times and 100 times of troubleshooting from support of doing the same thing over and over again and escalation, I never got it to work again. I'm still waiting for the contact. I don't normally leave reviews but I can't seem to get any help that works.

This is a great way to make money, but the app needs some major improvements. There are some serious issues on Android with the way that it opens Google maps, sometimes opening as many as three duplicate maps that can all be talking to you at the same time in the same voice. It's confusing, frustrating, and potentially dangerous. Everything should be handled in app and it shouldn't open Google maps separately, ever.

Insanely glitchy on Android. I've missed out on several deliveries because of it glitching/freezing. I have to force close the app after every delivery just to make the app work again. I often have to do it to even complete deliveries. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but the issue won't go away. After a quick Google, this seems to have been a common problem for Android users for years and its crazy it hasn't been fixed yet.

Problems still presist after 2 years. If i could give it 0 stars i would. Trash app. Constantly crashing, I have to reinstall daily, force stop it almost every order cause it freezes up. Newest issue is it doesn't notify you that you have an order pending acceptance and pauses you without your knowledge and will turn you off during an order when the timer runs out that you didn't even know was running. Thanks doordash for the trash app. Richest delivery company with the shittiest app. Love it.

Constant crashes, bugs that have persisted through multiple updates, uses stats to grade you but don't show you the numbers they use just percentages that suspiciously keep you close to the next level of rewards but you never seem to make it, map is always wrong tell you to take routes that are not possible, Dasher support sucks and almost every call results in we can't help you with that, randomly removing tool one day and then bringing them back the next, could go on but out of characters.

For the last 3+ weeks, I have been having issues with the app when I am shopping orders and occasionally when I am delivering food orders. The app glitches and won't allow me to confirm/complete or save pictures/shopped items. I have had multiple instances where it just completely crashes. When I called to let customer service know, they kept saying it sounded like a service issue, but I can see my service and open other apps, make phone calls, and send/receive texts. This is an app issue.

I have to keep uninstalling and re-installing app. Support is slow and not helpful if you can contact support. Support tells me the app has a feature and it is not there. App updated so I could dash while traveling but would not update back to my preferred starting point, and there is no way to manually choose where I dash. App glitches all the time. Can't upload photos to complete delivery. Support tells me it is network issue. It is not because everything else works perfectly. Fix it doordash.

EXTREMELY glitchy on Android Galaxy fold 5. I understand folding devices are relatively new but the app is almost completely un-usable. Every time I fold/unfold device it glitches. I use the fold for the large screen but when I get out of my car I fold it and the app glitches. It glitches so much so thay I miss numerous orders or I sit there for 5 minutes trying to restart just to complete a pick up or delivery. Please address these issues, I know I'm not the only one

this app is terrible. it takes forever to start up. it just stops working. but, doesn't show anything different. so when you think it is still looking for orders, really it is just stuck and needs to be restarted. it is extremely slow. like during a dash. I need to be able to switch back and forth between multiple apps. but am constantly coming back to the red startup screen instead of my current dash. sometimes when it finally restarts, dash now won't load. another slow restart from hell.
