Introduction

VPN Tunnel is a free VPN app that aims to overcome the barriers imposed by internet providers and governments, ensuring privacy, freedom, and anonymity to its users. By using VPN Tunnel's proprietary protocol, called VPN Tunnel, the app protects the connection using TLS 1.3 (and optionally TLS 1.2), the same protocol used by HTTPS websites, with a self-signed certificate verified at the moment of connection to prevent interception. No registration or payment is required to use the app, just a working internet connection or the knowledge to bypass your provider's restrictions if your access is blocked. You can also use your own server through SSH, known as Private Server, either with the default method using port 22 or by using connection text and SNI if the server is prepared to receive these types of connections.
