Every other app that needs WiFi works perfectly except Twitch. The chat won't move when I know people are typing, I can't type, polls show up but don't display any information and the stream keeps buffering. I'm missing out on what other people aren't because it somehow works perfectly for them. This app is too infuriating to use anymore until it's fixed.

Awesome point system and viewer engagement but if you're not subscribed to a channel, it's not worth watching them. Half the time on the channel will be watching ads, it's ridiculous. And to make matter worse, all the content is live so there's no pauses in contents, you're actively missing out on content for minutes waiting to get through the ads. Basically, just watch channels you subscribe to with Twitch, or it's unusable.

Every update gets worse, current build let's you select a quality... but then ignores your selection. Quality selection has always been an issue with this, as well as battery draining... but this latest version is the worst yet. The app keeps running in the background no matter what you do, unless you Force Stop it, draining your battery.

I've tried to stream games on my phone, but for some reason, the camera disables in less than a minute while still recording my voice (which then starts cutting out), then the stream just randomly stops. I've even updated the app thinking it will fix the problem but it didn't work. I don't know what to do.

App non-functional with Android build 14, blocks out system functions like on screen keyboard. I identified the issue, could be the android version or device specific, but attempting to move from twitch to another app via push notifications locks the system up, instead of twitch entering Picture in Picture mode. I don't have this problem with YouTube. So this is specific to twitch either with the current version of Android, or my device model specifically.

Love the app and I'd give it 5 stars except I have issues getting, claiming and receiving my drops. Most of the time I can only get one per day even though it does state that anywhere on the pages or the app. I'll do enough for more then one drop but that's all I get even if I change channels! Then I hear others who get two or three in a day. Also why can't they be claimed in the app? It always sends me to the website to claim them. That's why I can't give that last star!

where to begin.. try to use the website in my browser an it tells me to go to the app I switched to desktop view an now I can't adjust the quality of the video. I tried to access the app on a red magic 9 pro an its trying to tell me to update to the latest version... I have the latest version. also why are subscriptions on mobile not the same as on a desktop. cant even adjust my tier or switch from mobile subscription to desktop subscription with out cancelling first... what year is this 1983!?!

As many ads as I have to watch and as much I have to pay for bits and subs, you'd think this app would work properly. Unfortunately, it does not. I am constantly unable to type in chat. Multiple elements of streams will not load, including extensions, banners, poll, predictions, etc. I enjoy the content but the viewers and the creators deserve a better platform.
