The ability to select what equipment I have at home and have a workout program built around that is fantastic! I've been looking for this style of workout app for ever and I'm so lucky i found it! Workouts are engaging and easy to follow. Some people complain about the going back and forth to grab different equipment but I preview the workout to gauge what I need. Plus if it's that much of a hassle you can pause it to get adjusted. If you have any doubts about this app, please don't, it's

Love it. Enough on the free part to be useful and genuinely get you into the habit of using it. I went through the free 5 week plan 3 or 4 times before deciding to pay for the full version. Good points: easy to get started and to stick to an exercise routine, it adjusts to your strength level, diagrams and explanations of how to do each exercise, I can tell I'm getting stronger. I'm not a fan of the yoga sections but the actual workout sections I like a lot.

Fairly good FREE app that could be great. Couple things need to fix.. audio is good for some reason when using Bluetooth the notice to change sides, it is too soft and most of the time only hear a whisper. Also when each exercise starts the app should notify, most of the time there is no time to be looking at the phone. There are other basic guidance tips the app can add to help the user performing the exercises right, like prep when using suspension training TRX like length of straps.

I was excited about the app because of the reviews, but I got disappointed. Everything feels too random. I got a warmup where 4 out of 5 warm up was for the shoulder but there was only 1 exercise for the shoulder in the workout. Also most of the time the exercises I get for strength training are actually better fit for high intense cardio. When I select the Workout section in the app, the different options don't take your strength into consideration, you can only adjust the length of workout.

I've tried some few apps like this, but this one is the one I'm loving the most. I only have one little suggestion: it would be nice, in my opinion at least, to be able to select some exercises to keep them out of the workout instead of having to skip them and end up working less than you wanted. Personally I have some issues with some exercises. They're few but they keep popping into my workout; no matter how many times I refresh it. It's a bit frustrating imo.

Absolutely amazing! This app contains everything that one can ever wish for: type and length of exercise, self-designed workouts, training plans according to body type and an animated preview of an exercise. The only thing that's missing, in my opinion, is the option of having a description of an exercise in case one hasn't seen or done it before to make sure the exercise is performed correctly and to avoid trauma and muscle damage. Also it would be nice to have training tips while performing an exercise like: "make sure you don't lift your lower back off the floor" or something like that. Otherwise the app is totally cool!

Hi team Love the app. However, of late, the app only displays in the portrait mode and does not dynamically change the mode to landscape when the phone is tilted. Edit - It is working now. There was some issue with the phone. Love the 12 week fat loss program, you guys should make more such plans. Any feature updates that you have planned. It would be great to know. One item that would definitely help is stretching for muscles which are sore, for eg. neck , upper back, lower back. Being specific ensures relief to that muscle. This is just a suggestion but the app is already fantastic. Can't wait for the next update.

The app has a good design and it's interface is easy to use! Also, many types of exercises are available. Also, the exercises are well explained and easy to follow. However, I can't recommend this app to beginners. For starters, the types of exercises are too advanced for proper execution, as far as I can tell. Also, the amount of exercises and repetitions is far too much, while the resting time is too low. As a customer, I would have expected a better experience...

I liked that the app offered quite a range of exercises even in the free version which I partly was not familiar with. However, a basic explanation of each exercise was missing, and sometimes it was hard to figure out based only on the GIFs and tips (which, again, didn't explain the motion). Also the timing for switching sides etc was too short sometimes.
