Use to be fantastic, now there are problems with the accucheck links and sign in procedure. The link is now a domain in Austria not uk. Very frustrating, can't log my readings, can't access my data, can't get past the first log in page before being locked out and not recognised by accucheck Austria.

Cannot connect Accu-Chek Instant After selecting device when select Enter PIN Code, it says "Sorry Cannot connect try again" I tried 3 different Android phone with no luck. Connecting to a mobile is disappointing

There is no facility to enter the date of birth to update the application to Accu-Check from Mysugr. The calendar defaults to today's date BUT it will take me hours of tapping the screen to get back to 1948 for my year of birth. This is an IT problem (basic). You need to put the facility to pick our the year of birth and not just a daily calendar, so that you can log into the application.
