Worst experience ever I got a surprise for my wife they called her a day before and told her asking for address !!!!! although i added the address and my phone no. Contacted them replied with three sentences in more than an hour, and told me we must contact recipient!!! As if i am sending charity not flowers !!! One of The most dumbest, rude and unprofessional i have ever dealt with !!

It was not as I expected to be. The price is so high for a couple of flowers and chocolate. it was not delivered early and the driver keeps the flower with him in the car for almost 3 hours. It was a bad experience and I will not order form them again. It's really a waste of money.

promised to deliver from 5 to 7 and changed it. their claim is that phone number was incorrect even though someone called me and confirmed my order and sent me WhatsApp giving me shipping update. silly and unprofessional. worst experience. never again.
