It worked like a charm to the certain extent. And then Ads become more frequent and unabke to watch 2 min video in peace. I understand that the free version of app needs ads to keep things maintained. But it was simply too much of it. Uninstalled it but it's still a good vpn.

waste of time and money so slow and lot of time buffering .cannot connect to various sites in uk.emails to support supposedly answered in 24 hours.2 complaints sent. nothing from them at all now for 3 days.have asked for refund of money they have taken from my account. Still no answer.

They took my money and when I try to connect, they wanted me to upgrade,,, so I can't connect without upgrade! ------—----------- Today is the 17th of April, and I have cancelled my account on day one, and this was months ago and Ultravpn is just not interested in my request and mails! But still collect money from my account without providing a service. Once they have your account details you are f@#&! Please do not be as stupid as I was!

support not good, they are refusing to give me a refund, I wasted money on a service I used for 20min. The website says they will gladly refund in 30 days but the tech/sales support is no good. Tried to use it with showmax not working. I will not recommend them. I will suggest express vpn. it allowed me to watch showmax from Australia.
