App is slow, clunky, barely connects to wireless battery powered cams. Clearing the cache helps a lot, but shouldn't have to do that to get good results.

Trash app. Constant authentication issues, can view but not download files when needed. Have to reboot unit, log out of app and restart phone before loggong in to get anywhere. Clunky and slow. Windows app is even worse. Never again going woth a swann product

Very limited functionality. You can only use the app to view recordings, you can't use it to set up your DVR system. Won't connect to Dropbox, just puts up an unreadble error. The DVR unit itself has stopped making recordings for some reason and there's nothing I can do to fix it because the app can't affect the settings on the unit.

I have used swann view for my other homes before. It's a lot to learn for a beginner but it has so many options to customize all of the cameras. a little bit of planning will go a long way. love this system. 24/7 tech support and I have actually used it to get footage while I was over seas. great products and best home security self monitoring system you can find.

Another update another day with a broken app!! Nothing ever works well with your products. Such a waste of money. Your app cant even show the correct live view order despite having the order in the settings set to my viewing needs. Every time I open the app, the camera live views are shuffled and NOT in the right order I have it set up! I have to go back into live settings and come out to see the view in the right order! But next time I open the app.. WHAT DO YOU KNOW?! WRONG ORDER!how annoying!

Terrible app. Constant connection issues, live view does load, playback does load. Waited 5min and still nothing. This issue has been persistent for a very long time. Sort out the lag and constant drop out.

First of all I like swann I have the 2K and 4K and to be honest my 2kallsecure has better quality picture than the 4K Enforcer but I would like to see way more control ,Futures and better personal settings on the mobile device that does not require a DVR control because as of right now wyze, ring and blink are definitely doing better. I'm honestly surprised you haven't done this earlier knowing that other companies are doing I just hope this app is better

If you have the budget for a rebrand, you have the budget to build a working product. Been trying for 20 minutes and not a single camera will connect, no matter how many times I refresh and reopen the app. This app just gets worse with each update. Customers spend hundreds, if not thousands on your cameras and are unable to even view them.

App is slow to retrieve data and constantly closes, especially when asked to watch a clip. Cameras are slow to activate. Picture quality is good
