I really like this app. The audio voice could sound more human but the program progression is perfect, with every workout building on the one before. Love the mapping feature too, again this could be improved in terms of viewing the route once mapped. But these are only minor issues, highly recommend!

This is a good app for getting back into running. Nice easy progression. I usually repeat runs twice as I'm just getting into this at age 56. It would be nice to be able to mute the beeps a little but not the voice. And I don't necessarily want to countdown every running minute. Overall, pretty happy.

I wish that in school on pe courses my teachers used the methods of this app instead of torturing us.This is the greatest app for beginners, or people who hated running in their entire life (like me) but still want to have some positive experience when you make the decision and give it a try. It takes you to a journey from being non-runner to become a runner and it makes every running day a success that keeps you motivated thanks to the gradually increasing workouts. This app is awesome. I've been using it for about 6 weeks now, and it's really helped me to improve my running ability! I never have been a runner (nor have a really wanted to be one....) but my dog needs about an hour of exercise every day, so I thought that running would be really beneficial for her. This app is exactly what I was looking for. Just something simple to tell me when to run, walk, and when to stop. I love that it keeps track of how long you ran, and how far. It also allows you to play music, or an audiobook while you use the app. Highly reccomend.

Very good app to help you improve your stamina! Started off with just 8 minutes consecutive running in August and now I can go for a 40 minute run non-stop! I like the fact that you can repeat a workout if you feel that you need more practice on a particular level. Their GPS and pace tracking is also very accurate!
