the app requires a lot of personal information and the 1$ promo is good for 10 min with an advisor. didn't get a full summary of anything. AND it auto enrolls you in a subscription you need to cancel or will charge you $30 USD /month!!

With just a mediocre level of knowledge for the Zodiac and Astrology it totally amazes me how accurate it can be. I'm not just identifying one aspect but multiple. The forecast for 2024 I first read in January was an eye opener with relationships, wealth, health, and friendships was so appealing I read thru it two more times within 2 weeks. The way Nebula puts it together is in my opinion very "User friendly". Easy to read as well as comprehend. Theirs always someone available to help

The concept of the app isn't bad, but it's practically unusable because of all the pop-ups to get you to purchase the premium version. At first, I thought it was just when I first opened the app, but anytime I try to just scroll, I'm bombarded with pop-ups that try to get me to spend money on the app.

It's hard to get a hold of anybody for a full refund I don't use the app. I did the free trial and believed I canceled it through my apps in Google play but that is not case because here they are taking money and no response. I guess I ti call my bank It would be easier if they would resolve it.But companies always make it hard.Where I have to call my bank now and basically say it was an unauthorized order I do not use the app . How hard is it to send a refund back? Don't take another payment ..

Illegal transaction against my account 10days after I canceled the trial period. I have screenshot of the cancelation and my status on the app shows as canceled. Do not give them your banking details. They can't be trusted.

WARNING:Do NOT download this app and use it. Its a complete scam. Ive had to change my debit card twice because they keep charging me and yet they apparently dont have any transaction history of them charging me. You have to spend a fortune to speak to a psychic because you are only allowed a few minutes at a time. Its rediculous. Poor customer service and overall just a bad app.

Keeps crashing you have to have a subscription for anything informative. Chats take absolute ages to reply wastes loads of credit waiting and you get one ambiguous sentence a minute. Can't stand apps that promoted ripping people off. Obviously doesn't have real psychics

This app will keep taking money and there is no clear way to make it stop. $49.99 was charged TWICE a few days agoand I have no idea why. I can't find an active subscription. I had my credit union flag it as scam to keep additional charges from coming out.

I paid, was told I would receive a Personalized relationship reading in 30 minutes, and received nothing. I waited patiently for hours and nothing ever arrived. Certainly feel scammed. EDIT: DO NOT USE THIS. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. When I checked my banking today, I was charged an additional 55$. I NEVER signed up for anything additional. This is a literal scam. Do NOT use them!!
