They took my photos to trash and telling me to upgrade to get the photos or either it will be deleted. What!!! This is like ransom attack. How Google playstore allowed this! EDIT: I discussed the above issue with the support team. After several mails back and forth, they helped me out and resolved the issue. Although they couldn't say what caused the problem and why it happened. But still they were helpful in and out to resolve my issue. So Kudos to the team. Changing my rating and review to 4*

Was working perfectly fine and then after an update, the app seems to have magically lost all my information and pictures. Could not sign in via my pin as it wasn't recognized, so I tried password recovery. Then, entering my gmail into the email field presented me with an error that my email address was not recognized. Short version, its garbage... don't waste your time. Luckily I have backups of my pictures on my PC or they would have been completely lost.

I will upgrade to a 5 star if you can tell me how to get my darn pics unlocked. I had the two folder setting with two different passwords. I have the one folder, but the other folder isn't letting me access it anymore. Says I have to upgrade

I recommend, finding a better program than Lock My Pix. There are a lot. Let's look at it from a different angle. Fourchars already has a Pro Verison in the Playstore to buy if you want all security features. So when they put out an update to stop PRESENT users from UNLIMITED storage to 257 items on the free version, that is just wrong. This was the free version and it has been dismantled for people who have been using the software without any warning to them before they install the upgrade.

Very good. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to purchase this app when you could do so for £20. As I just use it to store photos from my phone's gallery, in order to make it less cluttered, l require no security; therefore, it would not prove beneficial for me to pay over £160 to purchase the app, now. I shall keep my subscription when it expires next month, as you said that the price of this has not increased, and I think the fee for it is very reasonable. It is a quality application.

This is so amazing I have been using this app for 4 years it can save any videos and pics you want and it even gives you the option to switch from micro SD card to system memory which is so convenient. I just wish that there was a way where it can let you select a number of photos then upload them instead of selecting all at once.

I had loved this app and therefore purchased a lifetime premium subscription few years back. But now they have changed their plans and are asking me to buy their subscription again. Also, I had stored a few photos in fake vault, but I lost them all after they removed my premium access. Now I have to pay more money to recover my stored photos. Again in few years they'll change the plans and scam more money from you.. This is a TOTAL SCAM. Don't go for this.

Please add a feature to stop that annoying box constantly asking me if I want to delete the file when unblocking. I use this app for all of my files as I like to keep my phone streamlined so I'm constantly unlocking files and the amount of times I've added stuff to trash by mistake because of that stupid pop up box. Give an option to turn it off if I wanted to delete the files I would I don't need a box asking me if I do. Be amazing if you created a version for Mac.

Just downloaded. Should not need to use email address for remembering password. Just wanted separate area to store my art pictures but have to go through options before putting them on. Last time I placed my work on something that required GOOGLE play store permissions they ended up on Google images. This is not storing them out the way, this is stealing private work and sharing it with the world. Deleting.
