Garbage app doesn't work proper on Motorola RAZR. They only give you 1 business day to ship items now before charging you a fee. Fees are way too high.

The worst experience If you make a order by mistake and even minutes after making the purchase to cancel they still will ship it to you and try to make you keep it. And I was informed by the customer service department that they don't give refunds.(Even though they have a refund policy) but the policy isn't really refundable. They don't give you a refund. Instead they come up with this stupid idea to keep dealing with them and sell the shoe back on they raggedy platform Very appauling.

As everyone says. Horrible app and even worse customer support. It's comical how bad this app and system is. Multiple fake items get through the verification system and on top of that when contacting customer support the chat will constantly reset so you start from square one or there's just no help or understanding, almost as if they outsource their support to other countries. App constantly glitches and stops working. GOAT is wayyy better and prices are better

Once u experience an issue with an item u received its extremely difficult to speak with a live agent. Please be careful when purchasing shoes, some sneakers arrive w/o stuffing/tissue inside which leaves the shoes smashed, deformed,out of shape & wider than original. They offered me to resell them, which I declined bcuz I wouldn't sell that shoe to any1. They then offered a $90 discount code(all via email) for a future purchase which I received an email later saying it was an error. Horrible

I purchased a pair of sneakers from stockx. They sent me the wrong size when I contacted the service department and let them know they sent me the wrong size. They told me they can do nothing for me. But if I want some money back I can sell the sneakers. I told him I don't sell sneakers. They told me they can't help me. I would not recommend anyone purchasing any items from stockx because if the order goes wrong you're on your own. They are just the middleman they will not help you.

I get there can be complications from sellers but I'm getting a little frustrated. First seller never came through so you found another seller. It's been 2 weeks and when I go to track it says issue with shipping. Say it will be at least another week. In all honesty this makes me not want to buy from you again and I have bought about 4k through you. As the buyer I'm getting stuck waiting with nothing being given to me. This is not the experience I expect. also can't speak to anyone at stockx.

I am giving this site a 2 star because I love the selection, but if you are a looking to purchase something, then order it this year for 2026. I am confused as to why it takes so long to receive your purchase. My money is gone and am waiting damn near 3 weeks just for the shoes to arrive at STOCKX! In this day of technology and automation..you could print shoes faster! I ordered 2 pair of shoes... couldn't order them at the same time so I am stuck with two delivery fees. I am not happy at all.
