Only downloaded to buy something i saw online. Paid almost $200 for my 2 products. And my order was canceled no reason. Just canceled. Now those items are gone. And arent going to be made anymore. Even though i order them as soon as it dropped i miss out because etsy canceled my order and suspended my account. For no reason. Cool. Forst time user. Last time user. I bet my order would have been fine had i not used there first15 coupon. So. Cool. Ebay an amazon are better at least i get my stuff.

Etsy used to be a platform for unique handmade and vintage items. But now they are no longer stringent about what sellers can sell. There's been a significant shift in the selection towards mass produced factory-made products from China that seem indistinguishable from what you'd find on AliExpress. More concerning is these products are being misrepresented as handmade, often at ridiculous inflated prices. Disappointed! Hope they refocus on what made them.

After waiting for Etsy to change the plague that is the spam of Chinese cheap products and drop shipping overrunning the entire platform making it almost impossible to find real products, on top of the ridiculously high delivery costs that often surpass the price of the items themselves, sometimes by 3x over, I have officially given up on this business and uninstalled the app. It is so sad to see another business destroying itself for the sake of surpassing profit gains every year into infinity.

Not so good, was not able to contact Etsy or reply to open case, first buy itself I a failure, the shop is not in operation, bu the product is visible, when ask for delivery status, then respond come as shop not in use... now need to wait for refund and related to which cannot write as the website or app doesn't have options. Overall experience is disappointing

love the items I'm able to get here which are unlike anywhere else. i was looking and looking for a headboard found an amazing one, got to customize color, light fixture etc. got some amazing hooks, and even seeds. I'm very Happy with the people I've worked with.

Shops dissappear way too often. No point in a save for late option is Etsy deletes 2839839 shops or gives vendors little reason to stay. They also offer very little protection on large purchases. The app is beginning to feel run of the mill and limited is all.

This is just about the only way to get a hand made gift of art sent to you quickly at a reasonable price. The only other thing Etsy could do to make the buying experience better is to add multifacter verification of buyers, so we don't get ripped off. Somebody got ahold of my Etsy account and ordered themselves several hundred dollars of handmade furniture last year. Amazon uses it it really works well and gives me peace of mind.

I am continuously disappointed by Etsys' continued inaction in a number of departments. High costs to sell through their store. Using AI to resolve issues with orders usually incorrectly. I belive that at one point this was a company that cared about small businesses. It doesn't anymore. I do not recommend giving them your hard earned cash.
