Purchased the lifetime subscription and the app keeps crashing, and won't allow me to cancel the subscription. When it does stay open it says I need to purchase a subscription. There is no phone number to contact the company. They are a scam app and I highly recommend not downloading it or you may be in the same exact situation I am in.

Installed this app thinking it was what I needed to use my DJI mini 2, however this app does not work whatsoever. The app is incredibly slow, buggy, and pushy about ads, not to mention you literally cannot fly the drone with it. Just get the actual DJI app from their website and save yourself the trouble and frustration of installing this app.

The app is full of ads and you can't do anything can't even go into settings and this is unprecedented. It needed my credit card to verify my identity & age and it said the charge would be zero then it charged me $40. As you can see by the other reviews, they have had the same issue. I've contact my bank to have the charges reverse and I have uninstalled the app. This is illegal and legal action needs to take place to prevent the bad developers that are nothing but scam

It keeps crashing, can't access my videos on the drone's internet (despite all permissions allowed), and the ads are beyond ridiculous. The subscription prices are pretty steep, and some buttons just don't work. I feel like I can't trust my drone with it. Truly makes flying an absolute pain.

My experience was terrible due to me buying the app to fly my drone and just to find out it don't have my mavic 3 on the app to fly mine

This is not the DJI fly app DO NOT DOWNLOAD I started with this app for my DJI mini. I clicked return to home and it set it 200 feet higher then it is supposed to go. It's laggy and looses connection. Go to Google. Google DJI fly app and the first link is the correct one. It will make your experience so much better

was having problems with Go4 app and this seems to work. have had an issue seeing the camera footage and some settings it either doesn't have or I haven't found yet. I find the video very jittery when moving. never had that before bit at least I can fly the drone without the compass errors I was getting on DJI software. Find I can't fly more than about 20min then after a battery change will not let me take off again???
