Since the change from Glovo to Pedidos Ya the app does not allow me to verify my phone number, even tho I have not changed my phone. It refers me to Help and it says that if I verified with a different account I would have to use a different number. So they expect me to change my number because of one app... Fix that and I'll use the app again. For now it doesn't even let me use it without verifying the number.

Apparently I can access some big discounts and promotions that are linked to my phone number, but when I try to link my account to my phone number it says its already being used, I checked and I do not have any other accounts so it does not make sense. Ive contacted them via email but they refused to give me a solution and said that the number will stay as it is (so no discounts for me..)

App doesn't show you images of meals. If the order is canceled, you must make claims directly with your bank, because the app support will tell you that they canceled the transaction, but it's a lie, wait almost a month for the money back from an order. Spanish: La app no muestra imágenes de la comida. Si cancelas una orden, tendrás que reclamar tu dinero con tu banco, debido a que el soporte de la app te dirá que ellos cancelaron la transacción, pero no es así, espere casi un mes la devolución

Doesn't work. They sent me coupons to use vía text daily. I used a coupon and come to find out that it was it was not applied although i still had 3 days before it expired. Chat support was not help and not able to apply the discount. Horrible app. Glovo was much better and better service. I would not recommend Pedidos Ya

Horrible app - we got 3 different orders cancelled and no reason was given as to why this happened. Interface is not good, you can't see what you are ordering since all images are the same thing - not from the meals you are actually trying to order. Do not recommend it. - Used this app in Costa Rica.

Worst delivery app ever! Someone got my order and it never came. I'm still waiting for my refund and it's been 4 days since they "refunded". I don't know whats going on! Also, when you place an order the system says thats going to be certain time and the reality it's they are always late!

I ordered for the first time, waited 40 minutes (minimum waiting time stated) and still read “in process“. After waiting an hour my order disappeared from the app with no warning at all. I called the restaurant and they told they had canceled my order as soon as they received it because there was too much delay. AN HOUR WAITING AND NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!

Someone has been using my bank card to order food on PedidosYa, and 1/4 attempts were successful before I blocked the card. Their Customer Support marked my inquiry about the fraudulent transactions as Spam/Irrelevant after it was pending for a week, and they haven't replied until now. I can't go to the police without their answer. I'm very disappointed, I never ordered anything through this app and after this experience most likely never will.

Everything about the experience is awful, would never recommend it. Sometimes offers seem attractive but they fail to deliver on estimated time, customer support is awfully disappointing. The app is unbearably slow and buggy
