Do not use for delivery. Got a delivery from McDonald's and one item was missing, a 20 box of chicken nuggets, after calling support was told that they could not send this item out for delivery or refund the item. After searching on the internet discovered this is not an uncommon problem. Fine for using in store or on pickup.

This is a bad app. You won't get what you ordered and you can't easily request a refund. Avoid if you like your money. ETA this thing GOT WORSE. Now they don't even refund your money. £40 they had off me, TRIED TO DELIVER 5 DRINKS FOR £40 and I've had to open a dispute with the bank because they refuse to refund my card. AVOID. Wish I could give zero stars

Cannot sign in. Tried multiple times, the link in the email will redirect to the app, however the app will ask you to sign in (again), and then you'll start over again to click the link in the email then the app will not sign you in. It's a vicious cycle.

Great app (works most of the time). Good offers. Collect points and get some freebies. Maybe could do with some better offers. Especially for vegetarians, Muslims, who can't always take up meat offers!!!

Won't let me log in to app on new phone even though it recognises I've previously signed in through my Facebook but once clicked it goes onto nice to meet you, which then won't be accepted either because I already have an account and there is no way of actually contacting a human about the issue!

Absolutely horrendous delivery experience, driver was almost an hour late making a 5-minute journey while talking on the phone and repeatedly getting lost, food completely stone cold. The obviously outsourced call centre then said food was delivered in a perfectly reasonable time frame and that there is nothing they can do as per their policy. Total time to eat approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from somewhere that is a 5 minute drive away. Use Uber/Deliveroo, NOT this app, buyer beware.

On one occasion got someone else's meal delivered - the order # on the meal belonging to someone else wasn't found so refused refund. Second time ordered a chicken select meal for delivery. Selects were missing. No longer ANY info for support in the app. Useless virtual agent that doesn't respond. Hunt down support number via Google to eventually get a £1.90 refund for an item that they charge £5 for alone and you've paid delivery for. What a joke.

What is the point of this app seriously just get rid as you can't deliver a breakfast meal so what is the point in Mcdelivery when you have to order through Just Eat or Uber eats just such a ridiculous app. I will be un-installing as really had enough of this now. Such a joke. Do not order McDonald's through app

On multiple occasions Mcdelivery orders have arrived with missing items. There is no room for recourse because the only complaint number is to UberEats who will listen to the complaint, confirm it happens often and then proceed to tell you there's nothing they can do about it despite having already paid for the missing goods. It's an absurd system in this day and age. Downgraded to one star because this exact same thing happened again
