Completely wortless app, try to get a train ticket all options I get is buss and metro, it's a train station, why wouldn't there be trains going to and from it??? Edit: Great that you get a reply in Danish to your comment in English. Really show how much they care about your comments. I tried to find Copenhagen Airport, Københavns Lufthavn, København hovedbanegård, København H, København C, CPH Lufthavn .. All suggestions I got, if the location was found at all was metro or bus, NOT trains. but of course , it is someone else fault .. it is always someone else fault .

My Tarin was late on a weekday. It was not updated with the correct time it would reach which made me change the platforms and catch another train and bought again seat reservation but guess what it was also delayed by 15 minutes and counting right now. The money you spend is not worth for this service they provide After note: the seats were also not updated to cottect wagon number. We had to walk up and down looking for officers

The app doesn't allow me to take a screenshot of my ticket nor send it to my email. It also doesn't sync with the web profile, so if you buy a ticket in the app you can't see it in the website.

Something went wrong, please try again later. That is a phrase that happens too often with this app. Unfortunately when it comes to an app which is the line between you being able to showing your ticket and getting a fine, it suck.

I was charged 3 times instead of 1 when I was purchasing bus tickets. Also, another day I was receiving message "Error from BE: cannot parse json" when I was trying to choose destination point. Force stop and re-open of app didn't help.

Has worked OK so far, but now I need to renew my commuter card and I only get error messages "oops something went wrong". Seems like a pretty essential function that is missing.

Its far behind , App is not even able to fulfill basic needs of a customer. I booked ticket via app and an email without pdf billet received and now I am not able to claim the ticket price from my employer. Even DSB salg and service team cant help . Guys try to book alwayd from website not from app. Very bad experience.

Oh look! Another review to tell how bad this app is. Yes we're still at the point were they still haven't upped the server capacity to counter for the big traffic of so many Danes having to order seat reservations everyday to even show up at work. Yes this shows how much of a money machine this app has become. Yes some ticket checkers are pretty understandable but this still isn't a reliable way to have a fully working week even when you have to take Covid tests since you'll most likely be late
