The app itself works just fine, but the constant updates make it rather unwieldy. There are many occasions where I only have a span of less than a minute to check my schedule. Needing to check the app quickly, and opening it up to find an update can sometimes mean I don't actually have the opportunity to look at my schedule. This can particularly become a problem when these updates are rolling out every few days.

Loved this app when we first loaded it up, now, not so much. You use to be able to do everything in one place, now you have to go in and out to click request heart, to change something, etc, it's all over the place, and now I can only see one profile on my phone, and not others to make sure there are no scheduling conflicts on the go. The "improvements" are NOT improvements, its worse and annoying how it's set up now!

The recent updates have ruined the ease of using this app. I now can not view a full list of upcoming appointments for my clients. I have clients who come in 3 and 4 weekly, and they often ask for a list of their appointments. I used to just screenshot it and send it. Now I can't. Also, many appointments are showing warnings of being double booked, which they aren't as I have checked. There's also missing information for my clients.

Multiple currencies, an invoicing system and basic reporting. Forever evolving and adding new developments.. Doesn't allow you to export ALL gathered points though. Depending on what you're looking for in a scheduling app, this may be the one for you if your scheduling is very basic and simplistic andyour reporting needs are few.

Excellent service, and it's free for most features. Great and fast customer service and IT support team. The software is always ahead of the curve with new innovative features. You can opt to pay for Fresha Plus, the fee is based on online bookings and is kept low. Included: card transactions through the app, securing bookings with card, no show protection, you can get an integrated card terminal (no additional fees as it's all included in fee structure), additional useful marketing tools too.

This just down right sucks. On my phone its basic and working but annoying with the random red error notifications and missing option tabs at checkout. Then on the iPad its total trash, fails to display columns properly, clicking on notes then going back to service removes the contact details, connection to card reader problems, changes to the UI so much its actually become messy, list goes on.

Worst service. I figured out a glitch where they charged us hundreds in wrong fees. I reached out to our account manager and he validated that those fees are indeed wrong. However, the best he can do is give us the wrong fees back as a credit. After following up multiple times, the credit was never given. The fees would have been worth almost 1000-1400 transactions. They screwed us hard when we really were just opening and we needed every dollar. I would never recommend them to anyone.
