Instacart: Earn money to shop

Needed an extra bit of money and instacart was my only option, and I can't even get into the app. I try logging in with my phone number and it goes to a green screen, then I close the app and reopen it and it's stuck on the logo. Broken app.

The app is amazing and this service is very smart and useful for almost anyone: injured, disabled, workaholics, foreigners, elderly, companies.... needless to say this list is endless. This service isn't cheap per se, therefore it's not economical for the underprivileged or low income families. The app is so planned and perfect, that there is really very little room for error. I highly recommend you give it a try some time. Very future forward!!!

I have a complaint about the application itself. It freezes very often, very often you have to restart it, and sometimes you need to completely remove and reinstall it. And you would also set the melody for 5 minutes. Give us the opportunity to choose what notification to put. The notification sound sucks.

They Falsely advertise their promos. Then don't want to pay up even when you get emails from them stating they will pay. That's where I went first was customer support through the app they did nothing to help just wanted to agree with me how they were right and I'm to dumb to read. I'd also like to bring up if you do use the app if you ever have to wait at the store because their credit won't work the sec it happens just cancel the order and go to the next it will take them forever and no extra$

This app is OK but crashes constantly. It also has other issues I'm on customer support almost all the time. + there's no protection from people lying saying stuff wasn't delivered when I have recipts and images of it being delivered. And for meet the person it needs to also include a way to record the interaction to prevent people from lying 15 days later. Not a take the photo when it's leave at door, it needs video of you walk away/handing it. Also bag sort closes maps when trying to find home

Unable to change address when you move if on waitlist. I lived in a different area that put me on waitlist. Since then I have moved to an area that is always looking for drivers. Support advised there is nothing that can be done to resolve. They are unable to delete my account so I can reapply with new location since it is on the waitlist. They can withdraw me from waitlist but then I would need to apply with all new info and using new number. Customer service is Terrible also. 100% Script

What's going on with this app? 3 days in a row of sitting at stores that are supposed to have orders and getting absolutely nothing coming to my phone. I have un-installed and reinstalled only to see that my connectivity is still on warning even though all my other apps are running fine. This is something IT needs to get on top of asap

I like instacart. Since updating, I'm having trouble just like everyone else. Android os. Network connectivity says "warning." I have un and reinstalled the app. Reset phone. This is the only app with a problem on my phone. Have to stare at screen to be able to get a batch. I've already contacted through facebook. Exact words, "our engineers are aware and are working towards a resolution." HELP, PLEASE! ITS NOT JUST ME!

Everything has been great.Very easy navigation, and great customer support. Above my expectations. I'm updating because I haven't in 3 years. They keep getting better and better. They try hard to keep everyone happy with the app and distribution of batches. If you work hard just like anywhere else you can do well. Thanks Instacart for putting out an easy to use Shopping App.
