MY favourite website how ever recently started to crash for no reason a lot. Hopefully it's fixed now since I installed an update. No didn't fixed also when trying to upload return label I have to restart the phone for it to work very annoying.

Error occurs everytime. I can't place the order after I have added everything to my basket, and added all payment details, address details etc. It will not me place the order. i have to go onto my laptop to try and place an order. I have tried uninstalling and installing the app again, doesn't fix the error.

Not intuitive - took multiple go's. Kept deleting cart and last time had to use chat. Should have gone there first. It worked after that. Gift card for first time purchase( over $99, no sale items) should have worked when sale items are included with non sale items as I deleted the rest of the products that i would have purchased. I startes using app, then with the errors i went online.

Love shopping at The Iconic. App is easy to use and can spend hours on the app. Need more variety for clothing and products from more shops. Delivery used to be free now they charge a fee if products are needed delivered earlier (not cool). I would rate it 5

Had trouble with 1st order taking money from PayPal but not processing the order. Then having to re-order everything once refunded. Unable to pay via PayPal after that, tried about 10 times but just kept spinning after putting PayPal details in. Went through fine once I used a credit card. Very frustrating.

I am unable to purchase anything as the shopping cart is constantly frozen and not showing any items. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but still have the same issue. When I contacted The Iconic help desk they just said to use the web browser. Not helpful when the app is the issue and what I want to use

I didnt realize they sold all brand names (vs. their own label), and I was able to go try a lot of the items in store to make sure i had the right sizing. Furthermore, the discounts were better on here than the sales in store! Bought a 199.95 dress, on sale in store for 149.95, and 99.95 at the Iconic! Great sale! I have my baby shower dress

Love the iconic and the app is clean and user friendly, however the size guide doesn't seem to be working at the moment and I've had to go to brand websites for sizing, so it's a little inconvenient to try to remember style names or codes to get the right sizing information. Hopefully it can be fixed soon

Have. Ever had any issues. The shopping experience has been great. Missing reviews feature which would be great as sometimes people will mention things in review that are not on the product page. In lockdown especially people reviews matter a lot more since we can't go to stores anymore.
