Terrible service just like when you go in to one of their buildings to buy a new cell phone or give them money for something to get terrible service it's the worst customer service in Mexico. This application is just garbage.

Horrible service and cheaty. When you want to buy additional data the app keeps charging you every month since then and you have to apply yo have the additional service cancelled.

I can't believe this app has so many bugs and so many issues. I can't pay my bills because it doesn't load. I can't proceed to pay my debts, I need to do it from Google Chrome and not the app.

This company in desperate need of our elementary students from USA. Our little angelscan do much better job than these employees. A communication giant having problems with their apps and websites issues. I'm check them out for last 3 months. They are very ashamed to contact me. I guess maybe they need help how to talk to their customers. Don't worry telcel. Out 3rd grade kids are on the way to help your IT dept. Shame on you.

I cannot see my consumption , never update my megas and how much I have left. How a company like that can be so bad? Still the same problem and nobody is taking care of it. Today March 4 , same thing. I cannot see my data or how much I had consumed.
