Doesn't accurately collect receipts at all which makes it harder to collect and use points/deals. For example I have the drink punch deal I buy a their coffee often and even though I scan my barcode during the purchases it does mark a punch. It's almost like I have to buy twenty drink instead of seven just to get one free drink. And that's just one example. Has problems with location. I stay literally two minutes away and this app says there's no stores near me.

This app is missleading. Price lock doesn't work. Pump still charged you the current higher price after entering my phone number. Also the app showed that I'm saving $0.50 / gal this time but it only took the normal $0.05 / gal off. I stopped pumping and went to another brand down the road for $0.37 cheaper without an app. Time to delete this app so I don't get tricked again.

Definitely Like the App Easy to use and quick.I was frustrated at first with the app showing every 7 Eleven is available for the fuel Pay thru app and after a few attempts I was told it was only for certain locations. Correcting the App would be Great!

I have a problem receiving discounts that are offered within the store (ones that are offered by the manufacturer but posted by the vendor) ex, cigarettes, vapes, coupons on chips that are attached to the bags ) If they do not scan they will not accept it . it happens every time there's a coupon or discount offered/available on my purchase. they refuse to give the discount, they will not enter manually , and usually start taking the signs down. I'm sorry , but that is poor customer service.

Typically, I LOVE having to re-log in every time I go to a store. Having a secret text code come in is like having a special friend. But seriously, this app is an unstable mess that works, maybe, 30% of the time.

When it works, it's "fine". Nothing more than that. Unfortunately it often logs you out and you know what I don't want to be doing in line at a 7-11? Screwing around with SMS codes just to access a bloody bar code. Offline access to the bar code and anything to prevent the frequent need to login again would be fantastic.

Dropped from five stars in 2021 to one star now. Change my phone number least year. I've been trying to update my phone number with the app. I verify my phone number, I verify my email address. App asks me if I want to update the phone number. Yes. Endless cycle. Does not take my new number, I have to punch in the phone number I haven't had in 9 months access my account which has almost 30,000 points on it. Very annoying.

7-Eleven has a great thing going with their rewards program and gas prices. I used to really love the Cumberland Farms program, but I could never find enough gas stations when I'm on the road. Now 7-Eleven has done it much better. Awesome program! I even bought their stock when I saw what they were doing with the rewards program and gas savings.

At first the reward system worked fine. But once they upgraded it or changed it somehow everything changed. Use to be able punch in cell phone number and it kept track of ur purchases. Since then I've bought probably more than 50 coffees and my punch card says I'm at 3. Also, as I'm paying ill see $1 off on screen and employee will hit the button real quick in hopes that we don't see it. Annoying .
