Great app. I use it a lot. But I need an option to see exercise videos before I start exercise. It is extra inconvenient to search for a new workout

Simple to use, clear visuals, great for each exercise. Would love to see an ability to link the exercises in a circuit like format.

This app is good for bodyweight workouts, i've been doing home workout for years now and I'm really familiar with the workouts included in this app. You can schedule your workout and see your progress in this app which is nice!

Please return or make separate warm up video. In last new version it is good to get separated video loop for the chosen exercise but warming up part now is really missing. Also could be super useful to have stretching video as a cool down for the particular exercise.

It is great because it has all of its apps in the same place. I used to have like four apps downloaded, but now I have just this one. I also like their workout plans. I could definitely start seeing some changes within the first week.

i cant stress enough how much i love this app the incress in diffculty of work outs comes at a good pace as well as giving set that are hard work but feel within reach comes with exercies which can be done with little to no equipment making for an essay no fuss work out ads are present in the free version but come at the end of the sets so are not in the way during the work out the app also has a nice layout making everything within reach and simple to use defintly yhe best fitness app ive used

So far so good. I would LOVE to see an option to superset/circuit the exercises. To do each exercise, with rest periods, can make a long workout. I find if you do your pushups, then do chinups, squats, and abs, that by the time youre done, your pushup rest period just finished and you can go again.

The application is efficient to use due to a variety of workout selection although it contains monthly subscription but still it is worth the money to spend on that effective application in having a workout routine to lose weight. Furthermore, the application is highly useful in tracking the progressnl of exercise and it can be saved, import, and export for future purposes.

Nice tracking tool. Wish it included chin ups/ underhand pull ups. Would be nice if it offered some indication of what the different exercises are instead of having to lookup all of the different exercise variations on websites.
